McAllister's Wheaten Bread
mix ingredients: whole wheat organic flour, buttermilk
powder, sugar, baking soda,
cream of tartar, and salt.
The shelf life is 6 months.

Simply Delicious!
Preheat Oven to 350 F(180C)
1. Add 1 & 1/3 cups of cold water and
package ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Mix together well.
3. Knead mixture and shape into a ball.
4. Place dough onto baking sheet and form it into
shape, cut a cross shape on top.
5. Or place loaf into a greased bread tin and bake
for 45 minutes.
6. Remove from oven, let cool on rack and then
serve and enjoy!
*Bread is best when baked and enjoyed the
same day!
*Bread freezes well if you are not using it all in one day!
